What you don't pay for
- No per-member fees. A 75-member organization and a 400-member organization pay the same, whatever the type.
- No platform fee on Stripe transactions. You pay standard Stripe rates. We add nothing.
- No setup fee. Self-serve sign-up.
- No "premium support" upcharge. Support is included.
- No annual price hike for renewing customers. Your renewal price is your sign-up price, indexed only to inflation.
Nonprofit discount
25% off both tiers for verified registered charities and 501(c)(3) organizations.

Migration
Migration from any major incumbent is free on annual plans ($499 one-time on monthly). A Sembr team member runs the import with you over a 30-minute Zoom.
What about Stripe fees?
You pay Stripe directly. Stripe rates vary by country and payment method (typically 2.9% + a small flat fee for credit cards, less for bank transfers like ACH, EFT, or PADs). Sembr does not add a platform fee on top of Stripe.
